Photoshop

1. Do not send flattered files as this will not give the best result. And if there is a problem it hard to fix.

2. Please convert all type to shape:

A: Select type layer on layers

B: Go to top drop down menu >Layers >type>convert to shape.

C: repeat this for all type layers.

4. Setup black as maximum of C30 M30 Y30 k100.
For a Nice Black Backgrounds C30 M30 Y30 k100
Set up type as K100
Larger saturations may create problems when printed.

5. Set up file as CMYK not RGB. RGB colour will print terrible as they are screen colours.

6. Set up artwork at 300 dpi minimum at correct size.

Illustrator & Indesign

1. Convert all type to outlines before it is sent.

2. Setup black as maximum of C30 M30 Y30 k100.
For a Nice Black Backgrounds C30 M30 Y30 k100
Set up type as K100

4. Embed images or send linked images with files.

Word & Publisher

1. Please provide fonts used.

2. Use only large images at least 300 dpi.

PDF Files

1. Crop marks - Please make sure they are outside bleed area.

2. Colours should be CMYK only . No RGB colours .This includes photos.

Spelling & Numbers
Please Check spelling and numbers before you send.

If you do not do the above things - we will ask you to resend the files and this will delay the printing process.
